Washing instructions

Wash the complete topper at 40°C on a gentle cycle.

WolkenTopper goes into the machine in one piece — there is no separate cover to remove. Let it dry fully before putting it back on the mattress.

Check that your drum is large enough — WolkenTopper weighs up to 4.4 kg dry in 180 × 200 cm, and much more when wet. For the larger sizes, a laundrette machine can be easier.

Drying instructions

Option 1: Air-dry

Hang or lay the topper flat in a well-ventilated spot and let it dry completely. It is the most energy-efficient way to dry.

Option 2: Tumble dryer

Use a short programme on a low temperature. Take the topper out as soon as it is dry and shake it gently to restore the loft. Avoid over-drying — too much heat is hard on the fibres.

WolkenTopper adds a plush, quilted layer on top of your mattress. An 800 g/m² microfiber filling sits under a soft cotton-velour surface, and the 3D quilting holds the filling in place across the bed.

A 360° elastic skirt goes around the whole mattress like a fitted sheet, so there are no corner straps to adjust.

Add a fitted sheet deep enough for mattress and topper, then your bedding.

WolkenTopper goes into the washing machine in one piece at 40°C, and can dry on the line or in the tumble dryer on low heat. The larger sizes are bulky, so check your drum before you wash.

What is a mattress topper?

A soft layer that goes on top of your existing mattress to add cushioning. WolkenTopper stays on with a 360° elastic skirt, like a fitted sheet.

Which size should I choose?

Match the topper to your mattress dimensions: 90 × 200, 140 × 200, 160 × 200 or 180 × 200 cm. These are European sizes, not US Twin, Full, Queen or King sizes.

Will it fit my mattress?

The 360° elastic skirt fits mattresses up to 35 cm (14 in) deep in the matching size.

How thick is it?

About 3 cm (1.2 in), with an 800 g/m² microfiber filling.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Machine wash the complete topper at 40°C on a gentle cycle, then air-dry it or tumble dry on a short, low-temperature programme. Check that your drum is large enough, especially for the larger sizes.

Do I still need a fitted sheet?

You can use your usual fitted sheet over the topper. Choose one deep enough to cover both the mattress and the topper.
